IDSHS (Aust) Inc. 2016 AGM

This year's AGM will be held in conjunction with the QLD Inspection/Registration day, at Cushavon Park Irish Draught and Sport Horse Stud, Tamborine on 12th November.


All current members are more than welcome to attend.


An Agenda has been emailed out. If you have not received. Please contact us ASAP.


The meeting will commence at 2.00 pm, and a light lunch is being offered beforehand at 1.00 pm. Should you wish to be included in the lunch, it would be helpful for catering purposes if you could let us know by 5th November.


For anyone who is not able to attend the AGM but would like to appoint, as Proxy, another member who will be attending , a proxy form has also been emailed to you.


Please note that:
a)Any form appointing a proxy must be given to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting;
b)A Proxy form sent by post or electronically is of no effect unless it is received by the Association no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.


If there is any business that members would like to raise, please forward no later than 14 days prior to the AGM (29th October).
